When I met Bob, I was very impressed with the service he provided. Nancy, whenever talking to you, you have always been so helpful, accommodating and friendly.

I realized very early on that this was not just a business, but it is a profession to both of you. You go out of your way to please. I am so happy to have BRC Mechanical as the contractor taking care of my heating/air conditioning/HRV/water heater and any new future needs. I feel protected, well-taken care of and your service is fantastic.

The employees I have dealt with are wonderful. Everything I have to say about your employees is also meant to be an awesome reflection on both of you as the employers. Maranda is always so helpful, cheerful, pleasant and efficient. Nothing I request ever seems to be too much trouble for her. If Maranda cannot answer my question, she investigates and promptly calls me back.

When either Greg or Andrew are here providing service, I feel confident when the job is done, and also that it is done right. I never feel they are rushing or taking shortcuts. They are both very efficient, extremely neat in what they are doing, trustworthy and very pleasant.

When Greg was here on Monday installing a re-circ line for the tankless water heater, he noticed something small on my HRV that needed an adjustment and he fixed it as a courtesy, which I really appreciated.

I don’t know Jeanette very well but I do want to mention that she was very helpful at the time of the installation of my tankless water heater.
