"A five-ton heat pump, six tons of Slinky, some nice plumbing and ductwork, and a lot of mud, rocks and general devastation. But worth it!
BRC did a great job. The big dig was completed in a day, the ductwork on day 2, the plumbing on day 3, and the hot water system and completion on day 4.
The BRC team were excellent from our initial enquiry to completion about two months later. They overcame problems such as a hydro line running underground across the intended site, a septic system right in the way and not where we thought it was, the worst of customers, and an engineer with a little knowledge and a lot of questions!
